How long does the battery last? How long will it take to charge?
That depends on usage and how loud you have your audio. The Voice Shifter™ maximum volume battery usage is expected to be approximately 8 hours. Cold conditions may decrease battery life. As with all batteries, after 18 months of heavy usage, battery life will decline. It will take approximately 6 hours to charge the battery.
Can I buy additional batteries?
Yes! You can buy additional and replacement batteries by clicking or pressing here.
Can I use my own external battery?
Simply put, any battery other than the one that was designed for the Voice Shifter™ may damage the unit. Using other batteries will void the warranty.

We suggest you make sure the battery is charged. (low battery will affect performance). Also make sure all connections are securely mounted in their correct ports.
